Suggest some incognito Anons get close eyes-on overwatch for this guy. Hopefully that will free USSS to assign fewer assets to get close. This guy reeks of weirdo, but it could be diversionary from a silent assassin.

If I was planning a hit (I'm very much NOT, I want Trump to succeed), that's how I'd do it. Distraction.
