Yes, he is not qualified to run for POTUS, he has even said so himself in the past. There are also some pics of him showing the "hidden hand". Was establishment all along. Don't know if flipped. His Pa has a very shady past in Cuba, and I think I recall that he escaped to US and given free education where he met Ted's ma. I think he led a revolt in Cuba and when after his escape, they killed all of his family and assoc.
