In 2018, many politicos were speculating that John Kerry would be a natural contender for the presidency if he ran against Trump in 2020. There’s not much buzz about him now, although he may just be strategically laying low. But you have to wonder if there are things going on in the background that indicate Kerry is potentially in legal jeopardy, with possibly charges that could include TREASON that are associated with the failed attempts to frame Trump in Spygate, which culminated in nothing less than an attempt to overthrow the government of the United States. There are many other matters he was involved in too as Secretary of State, including Obama’s Iran deal, as well as his numerous dealings in the Middle East where he supported the Muslim Brotherhood. In a letter to Attorney General Jeff Sessions, Rubio asked the department to determine whether Kerry violated federal laws including the Logan Act and the Foreign Agents Registration Act. The statutes prohibit unauthorized individuals from negotiating with foreign governments and require disclosures by anyone acting on behalf of a foreign government, respectively.
DJT tweeted: “John Kerry had illegal meetings with the very hostile Iranian Regime, which can only serve to undercut our great work to the detriment of the American people,” Trump tweeted Thursday. “He told them to wait out the Trump Administration! Was he registered under the Foreign Agents Registration Act? BAD!”

Kerry’s political history includes a litany lies, including falsely claiming that there was imminent genocide in Libya, and that we were arming moderates in Syria. Not to mention his relentless fear-mongering about global warming and denial about the ongoing crisis at the US-Mexican border.
