I don't know if you have read transcripts of Trump being deposed. He is a pro, comes off great, not at all like his public statements. He has no reason to hide anything, and even asking to review it would create a vector to attack.

Your life, for example, either exists or not. It is yours. You can't transfer it to a dead body, or some other live body. Society can kill justly take your life for punishment if you do something bad enough. You'd be dead, but you would not have "alienated" your life.
Your liberty is similarly a personal thing, although it can be taken by force, legitimately by society if you are a menace.
Your happiness is your state of mind, and how you pursue that is likewise personal.
