Build the wall.

Best idea I've heard: Take 50 miles south of the boarder with Mexico (yes, just take it). Form a DMZ.

I am all for the wall but they just tunnel under. A DMZ would allow partols and consequences for entry (death).

In addition, take Baja (yes, just take it). Make it into a most wonderful resort area. After all, it has California in it's title.
