Q told us the car pic with the billboard is RT, Rex Tillerson. It makes sense that he would have security traveling in cars alongside so that is where the photo came from. He is even wearing a red MAGA hat.

But where is he? He is supposed to be in Ethiopia and that would be consistent with the strange script on the sign. Also similar script in neighboring Eritrea and Somalia.

Could it be that Snowden is travelling to one of these locations?

Or, is RT finished his Ethiopia work and gone to India or Thailand where there are also strange scripts? Why? Snowden rendezvous maybe.

We really need to identify this strange script. Even if it is not legible you may be able to identify with enough samples of potential target scripts.

In that case we are back to the fundamental question. If Snowden ran to a country with a strange script, which one is it. If we compare all the possibles then we will find a match even if we cannot read the script.

First one to check is Thailand. After that Indian scripts but there are several of those.
