Down the street from that Standard Hotel was an Hotel where a young tween, girl supposedly with the same name as a vaccine , Elisa [?] was found in a water tower. The hotel has a bizarre reputation.
Girl was seen in the elevator as though lost or hiding by way of the surveillance camera
Guest found black in the water and they found the body in a water tank on the roof
There was a movie that was a "predictive programming" to the story.
