Chug one tall beer. Then once you get past that. Start getting into meditation. Drinking is not good, but it will kill an attack.
I used to have attacks. Had to chug a beer to stop it. Heart would race at 145 beats per minute, dizzines, a sense of something horrifying is about to happen any second.
A change of lifestyle, exercise, diet, meditation, a hobby, has stopped it. Still get little heart fluctuations, but havnt had an attack for years.
