It seems the trashcan appeared in the WH window about midway between Jan 13 and Feb 1, when Q had no drops, and stayed there for some time.

It seems to have appeared in the window of the WH family kitchen.

This gives us a code.

Anton has already been identified as a chef.

Gorka is linked with the line "Q is garbage".

During the period of "darkness" the kitchen garbage can is placed above a design that resembles the 8chan logo. (Thanks to anon catching that…)
