Case 1:18-cr-00032-DLF Document 104 Filed 03/04/19

MOTION FOR A BILL OF PARTICULARS PURSUANT TO FED. R. CRIM. P. 7(f)

Good reading to get a view of the gravamen of Mueller's charge against the Russian Troll Farm.

Most people do not understand the charge. It isn't that the troll farm financed political advocacy ads, that is protected 1st amendment activity. Foreign government are allowed to buy political advocacy ads to influence US elections - that is perfectly legal, provided the entity doing the purchasing registers as an agent of a foreign government. See FARA in general.

This case is a joke, yet the press holds it up as some sort of Mueller success story. People are stupid.

I agree Hussein was a usurper, but the law has a widget referred to as "de facto officer," so the bigger the screw up, the tougher to untangle, the more likely the usurper's orders, appointments and so forth will stand.

The fundamental principle the US was founded on (See DoI), and ran on for maybe 100 years, the principle that the people are in charge, that is dead - an illusion for 100 or more years. The number of constitutional violations turned into "legitimate" at the barrel of a gun is mind boggling. Thugs in black robes, totally derelict Congress, and stupid populace pretty much guaranteed the outcome. "A Republic ma'am, if you can keep it."

They are outcome oriented. Once you realize that, cut your losses and stop arguing. Irrational and unreasonable, even to the point of apparent lunacy. Schiff and Pelosi and Schumer exhibit this on an issue-by-issue basis. They appear literally insane, but they are not. Their minds are made up, only their desired outcome can be tolerated, and NOTHING will stand in the way.

It is actually a garden-variety common aspect of human nature.

I think your heart is in the right place, but your summary is full of mistakes.

The IC -SC evolution is pretty complex, and involves both statutory law (the IC statute, abandoned) and agency regulation governing conduct of SC (DOJ regulation at 28 CFR 600 is NOT law passed by Congress). You are right that the IC outcome of starr bother the DEMs, and that is in part why Congress allowed the IC statute to lapse.

The 5th amendment right/privilege to not self-incriminate is YOURS. It applies no matter where you are testifying. The only way it can be pierced, the only way you can be compelled to testify against your own self interest, is by grant of immunity.

Totally agree, the DEMs will spin reality into falsehood. Sort of a reverse Rumplestilskin.

Barr's letter yesterday made a point of saying the 4 pages is NOT A SUMMARY. It gave the bottom line conclusions. No collusion (decided by Mueller), no obstruction (decided by Barr, probably because Mueller anted to taint trump, but his public excuse will be because he was respecting DOJ guide to not reach a charging decision with respect to POTUS).

I recommend not getting invested in your dream that the Mueller report will contain something about the Obama admin or the government's meddling in the US election and later trying to remove POTUS using state-run institutions.
