The percentage you're paying is too high priced

While you're living beyond all your means

And the man in the suit has just bought a new car

From the profit he's made on your dreams

But today you just read that the man was shot dead

By a gun that didn't make any noise

But it wasn't the bullet that laid him to rest, was

The low spark of high-heeled boys

California County to Shut Down Immigration Detention Facilities

Orange County bows to intense pressure from the ICE-hating state.

Under assault by California’s grotesquely unconstitutional so-called sanctuary state laws, the Orange County sheriff’s department announced March 27 that it will cancel its agreement with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement to provide immigration detention facilities.

Although hosting ICE detainees can be a profit center for some cash-strapped local governments, leftists across America are hellbent on shutting down prison facilities, especially those that are privately owned or administered. Private and privately-run prisons consistently outperform those that governments maintain.

Attacking government-funded but privately-owned immigration detention facilities marries various factions of the Left in a common subversive enterprise.

Open-borders fanatics get to strike a blow for immigration anarchy and promote the breakdown of law and order. Anti-incarceration activists like those in the violent, cop-hating Black Lives Matter movement get the satisfaction of unleashing lawbreakers on society. And labor leaders get new union members as government facilities have to be expanded to pick up the slack.

SEGREGATED: Only Black Reporters Allowed to Cover Event for Black Mayoral Candidates

One of liberal Democrats’ favorite tactics these days is to smear anyone who doesn’t agree with them as a racist. However, they don’t always follow their own rules due to an apparent “do as I say, not as I do” mentality.

That philosophy was on full display in Savannah, Georgia, on Wednesday night, when reporters attempting to cover an event for candidates in the upcoming mayoral election were greeted with signs that said “Black Press Only.”

According to an article by Amanda Prestigiacomo, a writer with the Daily Wire, attendance at the Bolton Street Baptist Church was even more restricted than that, as other signs stated that “No Audio or Video Recording!” would be allowed.

Prestigiacomo then quoted the Savannah Morning News for noting that the event was coordinated by Rev. Clarence Teddy Williams, owner of the Trigon Group consulting group, "to garner support for just one black candidate in Savannah’s mayoral election."

It should come as no surprise that Williams would not comment on his attendance policy.

While several black reporters and public officials attended the gathering, none of them would state they agreed with the overtly racist policy demonstrated there:

Why did nobody mention that Beto O’Rourke’s wife is a billionaire heiress?

Bloomberg once estimated the wealth of Beto’s father-in-law at $20 billion. But obviously that’s not worth mentioning when you profile him

Babe Ruth - Wells Fargo

Stage gotten in to the centre of town

And Jake gotta have himself a drink

He got to the bar and what he saw

There was something simple station folk would hate to think

Ella-May was dancin' to the sound of the blues

Her belly must be wobblin' right down to her shoes

It's a-groovin' on the sidewalk, just don't get too near

'Cause you're gonna get knocked over by a belly full o' beer

>Jesus = Fear of God

You lack understanding

For the unbeliever, the fear of God is the fear of the judgment of God and eternal death, which is eternal separation from God (Luke 12:5; Hebrews 10:31). For the believer, the fear of God is something much different. The believer's fear is reverence of God. Hebrews 12:28-29 is a good description of this: “Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, let us be thankful, and so worship God acceptably with reverence and awe, for our ’God is a consuming fire.’” This reverence and awe is exactly what the fear of God means for Christians. This is the motivating factor for us to surrender to the Creator of the Universe.
