The attack was going to be real but it was going to be on the US mainland. This is why Bill Clinton, Huma and others "flew eagles flew" to Hawaii. The fake missile alert was to catch the conspirators going "what the fuck, we're IN Hawaii?" And to prove that they knew of it and meant to do it.
