Since Jeff Sessions DOJ brought suit against California regarding sanctuary cities and should the Federal government win (which I expect will happen as federal law supersedes state law), we all do realize that the states that legalized recreational marijuana use will have those states rights challenged and overturned should a federal law pass for the opposition of them. This sets a whole new precedence for states rights. Just a thought.

I hate to admit it but I sat in on the US Supreme Court hearing Roe V. Wade when on a class trip with my US Constitutional Law Class. My Professor arranged for our class to sit through the entire argument. I was in advanced college prep classes in High School. I was a sophomore. What a day that was.
