There really is no excuse for not addressing this issue. He's made those threats before, but they were empty. He hasn't reduced the money sent to those countries. The walls are not getting done fast enough and he hasn't sent nearly the amount of troops to the border that's needed. He gets a big, fat F on immigration so far.
