I don't believe so, RM & the 13 angry democrats found themselves in a pickle. Remember the team was already assembled by McCabe, Stzrok, Page, Lawfare head and RM was put in the drivers seat. The road was not as smooth as they thought it was going to be, they found to many legal posted signs along the way and ended up having to confine their activities within the scope of the mapped out road.
