I'll second this and add that it seems to me that IS roll a lot of Western subversive elements into one. Not only MS13 (straight up terror and murder), but also Antifa (destruction of history, 'legitimate' suppression of the population), Communist parties (political and ideological subversion), and 'weird' religious cults (population control, scapegoating, mind-control experimentation, distraction).

There may be more that elude me. Either way, there's a definite similarity in the Cabal's signatures both in the West and the East.
