If Twitter is blocking ads and other outlets as well, then it's most likely a legit movie by legit people.
I was surprised though about the one eye pic advertisement. That seems to me it's either fake or staged, or else it was not the best marketing strategy.
The way I look at it is this, whatever Twitter/Google/Youtube don't want you to look at - THAT'S WHAT YOU SHOULD BE LOOKING AT!!
