I am not sure the Skull has been properly identified. Maybe everyone here is too young. This is one of two rings that the Phantom wore. The Phantom is a white superhero in Africa – sort of like Tarzan with guns (two Colt 1911 .45 ACP's carried in holsters on his belt like a cowboy). The Phantom would knock out the enemy by punching them in the jaw and leaving the ring imprint.

The Phantom was first published in February 1936.

The Punisher was first published in February 1974.

Also, the Phantom is based in Africa and the Punisher character is based in NYC.

Sorry, but you are too young to remember where this came from. The theme of a white superhero in Africa bringing down a corrupt black African despot was a frequent plot line. That is what Q was pointing to.

I postulated that Obama was not a USA citizen in Loaf #131 and that was what FBIAnon was referring to in 2016 as the revelation that would cause "riots". Riots only happen these days in inner cities and that is where Obama's base lives. They would riot if he was proven to be a fraud.

The skull ring may be a pic of the more modern Punisher, but the theme of the Phantom (Africa, bring down corrupt despots, etc.) is so damn on target that I cannot overcome that thought.

The Punisher is a PC version of the Phantom.

Many newspapers stopped carrying the Phantom because the white Phantom kept shooting and punching black Africans. The Phantom is a symbol of bringing down an African despot. The Punisher is just a re-spin of the Phantom.

This will set up a Constitutional Crisis that the SCOTUS will need to resolve. The likely outcome is that all laws he signed will remain in place, but the EO's will be null and void.

There will be riots. The military will be called into the cities to restore order under martial law. That will trigger the mass military tribunals.

Defrocking Obama is what the DC part of Q is all about. HRC was making money off of the fraud. I would bet that Bill Clinton told Loretta Lynch that BHO's real BC would be revealed if she did not quash the HRC email investigation. That was the "stick". The "carrot" was a seat on the SCOTUS.

My fear is that Loretta Lynch knew Bill Clinton's phone was tapped and she played along. I speculate that she asked Bill to facetime HRC to seal the deal. Lynch then reported the contact to Comey to absolve herself of any crime.

Lynch was probably given immunity.
