Globalism: Good? Each nation working for the betterment of their own people while doing business with other nations and without infringing on other nations rights. If we don't agree with the way they treat their people, we don't do business with them.
Not from what I have heard. There was an article years ago that said when he was speaking privately he was very articulate and well spoken. It sounds as though he just plays the fool. He may have more of a conscience then other members of his family, for what that's worth, but not entirely stupid.
