It's worse then you know, my grand daughter went through two years of bulling by a group of girls, they even sent her text messages saying, "Why don't you just kill yourself, no one likes you"

The schools answer was to seperate my grand daughter from the rest of the class, at lunch time she had to eat in a room with just her and a teacher. The school refused to take ANY action against any of the other kids, none! They said because they never laid a hand on her, only threated to beat her up and they treats and messages to killer herself was done outside the school they couldn't punish the kids. So we called the police, a state trooper came to my daughters house, I was there with her, she showed them the text messages and they too said there was nothing they could do, in thier eyes no laws had been broken. I spoke up and asked if he would at least visit each of the kids parents in person and talk to them, he said he would concider it but would no be able to confirm or discuss any such action IF he did so.

The kid had to ride it out for two years until they other kids finally started leaving her alone. It really is bad, like I said, don't expect to get any help from the schools or the police, no one gives a shit.
