Why are her shoes already off and several feet away from the top of her?

 

When he exits his parking space, he "runs over her"…I don't see how he'd avoid it given her position and his car's position. Doubt he perfectly straddled her body–is there a noticeable bump? I once ran over a 9 year old child's upper thigh only (he walked away fine–built like a tank) and it was 5 times the noticeable bump that a considerable speed bump is. I might see it in the video, but also might not. It should throw him around considerably…no kidding.
