sorry, you dont seem to know much about photography.
we dont know the other side of the envelope.there might be two pages. the intensitiy of the light is neither odd but due to a flash mounted on top of the camera, firing directly at the target with a central illumination of the picture not reaching the background. the white balance is not corrected so the overall picture impression turns yellow, so does the skin. also overhead lights turn both their hairs yellow due to white balance problems. the flash of the camera also is reflected by the coffee container and the glasses and teeth of person in the background. I cant say this is a picture of yesterday, but no earmarks of a fake as far as i can tell.
