Yes. You can. And you will win.
Try to avoid a lawyer except for initial preparation. Go in pro se.

If I talked to Q, I'd probably say "Damn, no wonder he married you. You're awesome."
Which would make a lousy first impression, I bet.
Are we still not supposed to be saying that FLOTUS is Q?
Information gatekeepers were supposed to be eliminated shortly after the Hacker's Manifesto was written. It's been a quarter century since, and we're finally starting to see them die.
Sadly, the Masoniggers cult believes that they're storing the occult knowledge to be released after a great awakening. Do you happen to know when one of those is going to happen?
Alex Jones is DS.
Also, People need to watch that Deposition again. The defense attorney quickly renegotiated what his objection really meant.
80% of the questions asked to Jones were going to be ignored by the judge because of the valid objections the defense raised. It's mostly for show to see if they could get him to admit something (and he didn't).
He tried playing the "it's all depends on what the definition of 'is' is", but the lawyer browbeat him enough to discourage him from continuing on that path.
To your point, I think you're right. If one of us files suit in just about any jurisdiction, it can become a federal class-action.
However, a MUCH BETTER idea would be to file individual class-actions in each state, so that the State Attorneys General can dip their toes in the pond, if they wish. Seems Bar/Sessions/Whittaker was all about empowering the state AG's, and 50 class-actions are much more interesting than one.
Technically Obama-related, because he's a Prince Hall Freemason.
