Why would Gowdy be against releasing the Mueller report?

Communists under the bolshevik banner are looking for any reason to muddle the 'news' cycles and push their fanatical mob to violence, Trotsky would be in the middle of the streets right now. Sending out indictments would allows fake news to push muh Hitler unless just snippets of the report were released with them to finally paint the full picture towards the end of the show similar to what Q is already doing, maybe that is what Gowdy wants, instead of the full thing upfront, indictments that force the media to cover each one separately instead of pick a small part of the report and ignore the rest
