Your issue was that Huber couldn't be appointed SC, which he can. My point was that while AG Barr could appoint it why would he without recusing himself in order to not have an issue. The Dims are already saying he Barr is on the POTUS', just like Sessions which was why Sessions recused himself.

Neither of which case changes the fact that Huber could be appointed SC, WHY he would or would not be has not been eluded to.
