Anons if you want to see demos of this tech check out NIPS 2017 and 2018. I can look up choice papers if people think this dig is interesting.

 

Also, the "creator" of GANs (note there's fuckery here about whether he actually "created" them or stole them from another lab) is Ian Goodfellow. Ian Goodfellow was hired by Elon Musk to work at OpenAI (https://openai.com/progress/), where they're working on a large number of tasks, from continuing work on GANs (they had a paper where they showed the sticker trick mentioned int he article), to playing DOTA.

 

Also note that NIPS changed it's name to NeurIPS, not because the community wanted it, but because the group at the top decided that they were going to change it and publicly shame people for not using the social justice approved name. The people who talk about polyamory and BDSM are scared of the word NIPS. Incredible how low they stoop to control your brain.

Friends who worked for him. They were talking about how there were constant internal wars at plants, and depending on who got promoted, that would determine which section of the rocket (for spacex) would get the most funding etc.

 

I understand what you're saying, and I'm completely dismissing even the autobiography that tried to paint him like shit but turns out after he realized his assistant was useless he still gave her a year's salary. So not even the mainstream things, but things I've been told from people I trust.

 

Not saying you should believe me, just personal hangups.
