I looked into Mitre. She worked there starting in 2000. I posted this at the time but Q was still posting so got lost. The only thing of interest back then was the FAA…you know, air traffic control stuff. Their contract with NSA was for engineering, so don't think she was there for that. But the FAA angle made my almonds tingle considering Whidby Island.

No. Not DoD. When Q first pointed out Nellie and Mtre, I found out there was only really 1 subcontract she would be interested in as it was back in 2000. Other anon just pointed out the timing of 9/11. But Mitre only did Air Traffic Control stuff at that time. DoD was only Engineering stuff.
