This is of equal importance, if not mooooore?, to Obama's involvement to begin with.

He was intentionally trying to pull the US into a war with Russia. If Hillary had won, that just would have been part of the Cabal's pretext to go into WWIII, and she really wanted Syria, as well.

This was also an insurance policy if Trump had won because (((they))) thought it would be more of a timebomb in his lap.

This way, no matter who won, the outcome was supposed to be the same.
