As Eminem continues to receive acclaim for his scathing freestyle aimed at President Trump and the rapper's conservative fans are left bewildered, hip-hop artists have chimed in on their thoughts regards Shady's decision to pounce on number 45. With Em receiving strong support from his contemporaries including J. Cole, Diddy, T.I. and more, he's now also earned praise from "Fuck Donald Trump" collaborator Nipsey Hussle.

In a statement to Billboard, Hussle applauded Eminem for his venomous freestyle, which highlighted Trump's lax approach regarding gun control in Nevada, his delayed response to aid Puerto Rico and more. "The message is what's important," says Hussle. "I respect Eminem for being vocal, I respect YG for being vocal, [and] I respect myself for being vocal."

In 2016, YG & Hussle vocalized their disdain for the president when they released "Fuck Donald Trump." The former rapper pushed his agenda even further by releasing an "FDT" remix featuring G-Eazy, two videos, and a Fuck Donald Trump Tour. On Wednesday (Oct. 11), YG expressed dismay regarding the public's lack of appreciation for his previous efforts after Eminem's PSA became the talk of the town. In a now deleted tweet, YG said, "So we don't get no credit for dissing TRUMP a year ago?"

Oh so he is the one that sang "Fuck Donald Trump" song
