Here is a recent 1775 reference but doesn't fit the :00, :15, :30, :45, :60 pattern.
Goes with other clock by this ID.
GORKA clock is for :15-:45 marker (related to other clocks from this ID).
SHRTW is :45 maker (bissector for tomorrow).
