I'm looking more into that, but the content there might not be exactly related to what I'm saying here, but I found some interesting stuff.
I haven't read the book, but am very loosely familiar with it. (I'll probably try to read it ASAP.)
Mainly I haven't read it because I knew it talked about crazy alien stuff, and that sounded like BS.
But I also know Q seemed to endorse it.
So I'm reading through all comments in prior breads on this, and found one that didn't get any comments at all, but it is EXTREMELY interesting. I suspect it is a Q "Anon" posting. (Now I think there are MANY of these… and many are FAS! YOU HAVE MORE THAN YOU KNOW.)

Here's my current take on author William Cooper, based on what I've been reading today. He was purposely given access to numerous real secret documents, as well as fake secret documents. The goal was to have him eventually "tell the truth" but mixed in with BS, so he seems to be a total crank. Well, it worked on me until now! (I gather that this is a common strategy… and seems to have been used with the JFK assassination and 9/11, if you read what Ron Unz has written on those topics.)
Some Anons have previously noted that Cooper himself later concluded that many of the "alien" docs he had seen were fake, and likewise the "alien" technology (which was human).
But… the "Anon" post suggests that the cabal was planning a fake alien attack in HRC's second term as a way to force the NWO. Pretty clever, as it would draw in many fringe thinkers who suspect the powers that be have been hiding the truth all along (about aliens and so much more). Some would be the most enthusiastic supporters of the NWO regime! The "alien attack" would be confirming what the "outcasts" have been saying all along!
Many Anons know that Skippy "14" Podesta has made weird claims about aliens, but that all appears to have been part of THEIR plan. And he has pushed it even AFTER HRC lost. THEY were going to claim that the "deep state" was hiding the truth about aliens.
In reality, the deep state is riddled with REAL Satanists.
