I think you'll be out of survival mode pretty quickly. I detected very early on (10 years back) that things would either be mild or HELL. The reason is more incremental pressure would break quickly and that isn't a win scenario for them.

The way this has turned out (Q, et al) is REALLY good compared to the alternatives. Since Q, I pivoted and am in full force on gearing up to manufacture in the US. Patriotic tsunami incoming. If you can, find a business you can do completely by yourself with as few suppliers as possible. This prevents being infiltrated, as my previous ventures were. Oh, how I was infiltrated.
