If Obama claims Kenyan citizenship, we have cause to nullify everything he did including Obamacare with one fell swoop. He could not be president legally, so all that happened under his watch was done illegally and is made moot.

Kennedy to retire? We'll see, he's been swing but leans lib. Compromised? Very likely. May be retiring to avoid being arrested.
A thought: Kagan and Sotomayor put on court by Obama admin, which if Obama claims Kenyan citizenship means their appointments were illegal. So – they go off the court? I think so. Hope so.
Either way, Trump admin will reshape our court and return us to constitutional principles.
