Jews in Israel are evolving in a completely different direction from Jews everywhere else. In Israel, Jews are learning to be patriots who look after the best interests of the nation they reside in, because it's THEIR nation.

Jews everywhere else see Israeli Jews as problematic because they're living in a completely different mindset: the mindset of the outsiders who most stick together and work AGAINST the interests of the nation they live in, since it's not their nation.

That's the rift between Israeli and non-Israeli Jews in a nutshell, and I'm actually not saying this from an anti-semitic POV, the same would be true for ANY people.

Any people who live as a minority in diaspora becomes defensive of the group and starts acting counter to the interests of the host nation. And any people that has their own nation starts wanting to take good care of it.

It's just human nature.
