I believe the Senate used to require 30 hours of of post-cloture consideration.

NOW there shall be no more than 2 hours of post-cloture consideration equally divided between the majority leader and the minority leader.

Bottom line the Senate will be able to get all of POTUS' judge nominations through much quicker.
