Apologies to flightfags, but I didn't see this a couple of days ago:

The Russians Just Did A Fly-By Of Area 51

Russia's specially equipped Tu-154M Open Skies aircraft is doing a grand tour of America's most sensitive military installations out west.

The Russians are operating their Tu-154M aircraft configured for surveillance flights sanctioned under the Open Skies Treaty that allows member countries to conduct surveillance flights over each other's territory relatively unimpeded. The aircraft are equipped with imaging equipment with specific limitations and monitors from the country being surveilled are onboard the flights to make certain the party complies with the parameters of the treaty. This latest series of Russian Open Skies flights are being conducted out of Great Falls, Montana and are covering a slew of strategic points in the western part of the United States, including the highly secure Nellis Test and Training Range (NTTR) in southern Nevada, home of Area 51.

The Royal Family must be in full-scale panic mode, if they're bringing out a reunion between Epstein's friend Andrew and Sarah "Suck My Toes" Ferguson as some sort of distraction from Andrew's insanely dangerous habits.

There's no fixing this one, Charles.

I think they're done when the Queen dies.

Meanwhile, Parliament obviously has NO idea what to do with their Brexit crisis.

Gonna be painful to get there, but the poor UK is in need of elected representatives and a republic.

I say that with great love and respect to the people of the United Kingdom.

Really feeling it for ya'll in Britain these days.

Most of my ancestry is from the UK, all the way from York to Devon.

England is so incredibly beautiful, and people think it's just about the cities. It's so much more.

If you haven't seen the countryside and the coast, you're missing the best parts.

The people are the real treasure. On my last visit, I happened across a very elderly man walking his dog, who just stopped to chat on that drizzly afternoon in Lower Slaughter.

THAT man was England to me. Charming and kind, talking with him was like meeting real "royalty". Tried to talk him into allowing me to treat him to lunch and tea, but he declined and he and his little dog went on their way.

The history is absolutely incredible. I think it's really the center of civilization, even though I'm American through and through and love it.

I may break out into "Jerusalem" any minute now ;)

At the risk of sounding too corny, I actually do pray for you folks. Here's to better days.

From overnight, for those who missed it:

>Psalm 14:1

So appropriate

Breakdown:

"It contains a description of a most deplorable state of things in the world โ€“ aye, in Israel; a most deplorable state, by reason of the general corruption that was befallen all sorts of men, in their principles, and in their practices, and in their opinions. "

Deplorable
