If you can't post your image file:
Ensure it's a .jpg .gif .png .pdf or .mp4
A common mistake is to try posting a file that doesn't have one of the above filetypes …. like mypicJPG, i forgot the period and it won't post until I fix it
Ensure the file is not too large
Also try reloading the page in case the javascript is corrupt
