My interpretation is it will start at the top and spread. revealing certain crimes will lead to involvement by others and their crimes, and so forth. Hell, look at Bernie hiring an illegal for his campaign against federal law. The AG should have filed a complaint. IDK…maybe there is just so many prosecutors to go around and they are all tied up with serious crimes.
