WifeAnon hails from Iowa. I have driven all over the state back-n-forth. The state is covered with highways and power poles just like this. 2lane rural highways, lined with major and minor power lines, some bringing power to residents, and lots taking out windmill power.
Will take a little more digging to figure it out.
