I have one thing though - OKC was 1995. Ken Starr's investigation started in 1994 with the death of Vince Foster and then expanded.

If any Clinton docs were held in OKC - why would that be?

I do know that Lawrence Walsh, special prosecutor for Iran Contra retired to OKC and his records were held in the Murrah Bldg

There was also speculation that records regarding Gulf War Syndrome were held in that building

If the FBI offices in the Murrah were housing any Clinton investigation, not sure why that would be
