>Theory: there's been no publicly visible action from Huber bc he's not referring his findings to a public court, but rather a military tribunal/court.

I like this.

Sec. 12. In accordance with Article 33 of the UCMJ, as amended by section 5204 of the MJA, the Secretary of Defense, in consultation with the Secretary of Homeland Security, will issue nonbinding guidance regarding factors that commanders, convening authorities, staff judge advocates, and judge advocates should take into account when exercising their duties with respect to the disposition of charges and specifications in the interest of justice and discipline under Articles 30 and 34 of the UCMJ. That guidance will take into account, with appropriate consideration of military requirements, the principles contained in official guidance of the Attorney General to attorneys for the Federal Government with respect to the disposition of Federal criminal cases in accordance with the principle of fair and evenhanded administration of Federal criminal law.

Jer 17:10

"I the LORD search the heart and examine the mind, to reward each person according to their conduct, according to what their deeds deserve."

So, that answers that.

The curious soul finds their path. We literally have genes that guide us to question our purpose, and lean towards a belief in a higher power:

Every great religion has its path. God is too big for just one religion. I think that is pretty evident by now:

The purpose of the journey of your soul is to find its way back to its creator. I think it's very apparently that Good creates, Evil destroys. These truths are made evident by the actions of people that allow themselves to be conduits to that which their hearts desire. Love, compassion, and justice vs strife, greed, and debauchery.

In all fairness, it's not really a slide. It's a completely relevant conversation to have, and a "witnessing" opportunity for believers. Q literally dragged the question of good v evil into this equation because that's what we're dealing with here; that and the fact that I think it's evident Q is a Bible-reading believer. I've asked the question of Q quoting Bible scripture in terms of it being "ironic" (using a "fairy tale" against the authors) or straightforward. Some of us just want it straight so we know where to stand on the issue, but if it was "ironic", it would be a great detriment for Q to answer that truthfully.

Some believers take big issue with the fact that some things are allowed to happen in this realm. Some advocate that is necessary for free will. Others believe that a higher God could have arranged this existence to directly correlate sin/pain. Others advocate that free will is essentially punishable by eternal suffering; which means there is no free will. Others advocate that free will is the right to choose eternal suffering vs servitude to a loving God; hence the choice is still there. Take a tour of a local children's hospital, and decide for yourself. What greater purpose does their suffering serve? It beats the ever-living FUCK out of me, but I'm a Pascal's Wager kind of guy, so just because I don't quite understand it, doesn't mean I don't see "evidence" of spiritual forces at work.

The answer to Epicurus' "Problem of Evil" is love; plain and simple. The problem is the existence of evil from the get-go advocates that extreme suffering is imminent, and that possibility was a determination taking second place to the concept of free will. My question is:

Was it worth it? I see a LOT of suffering, and it really, REALLY hurts my heart.

I literally quoted scripture, quoted a medical article, and gave a bit of philosophy that is my own conclusions. Provide some retort, or go play in the kiddie pool on half chan /pol/.
