Another Democrat judge destroying our country

Obama used his constitutional authority as President under the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act to ban oil drilling.

Trump used his constitutional authority as President under the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act to remove that ban.

What this judge ruled is, an action by Obama is permanent and cannot be undone, as if Obama is the last prophet ever, and issued edicts as if they are written into the Constitution, and cannot be undone by any subsequent President the American people choose.

Here is another case when a Democrat judge thinks she can ignore the Constitution and rule in accordance with some political agenda. These are the judges that are cancers to our Constitutional Republic, and it is critical for the survival of the Constitutional Republic to remove them from the bench.
