The point being discussed is if Snowden took NoSuchAgency material used to fight illegal activity by the Clowns and gave it to the Clowns themselves.
IOW, Snowden wasn't fighting against illegal surveillance, he was promoting it by stealing weapons from the good guys and giving it to the bad guys.
Basic premise could be that Gov agencies should have specific purposes and no one agency has all encompassing power. Clowns were trying to become an all encompassing power by taking assets assigned to other agencies.
Assuming Q is a part of an effort to return power and constitutional rights to the American people, what he thinks about Snowden is of prime importance.
