So, are we to believe the baddies at the NSA are all gone and done performing surveillance on Americans without a warrant?

What is an enemy? Who is an enemy? Was Snowden the enemy? or NSA? Who did the most damage to Americans? Who do you fear the most? Who do you trust? Why?
