IBOR
IBOR should resemble the US bill of rights, the first 10 admendments.
All are created equal and all platforms with public shares or any platforms that cover pubic matters such as elections or primaries shall adbide by these unalienable rights.
1.no rules or laws respecting the establishment of religion shall be established, and no rule or law prohibiting free speech shall be established.
2.The right to bear arms- the right to challenge what a platform or a user says and build online "milita" groups for security of a free state.

With out consent or exhibition of criminal activity no user shall have devices monitored and them themselves shall not be tracked.
4.The right of users to secure freedom on all electronic and computing devices without unreasonable monitoring shall not be violated and no warrant shall be issued but upon reasonable cause supported by oath and affirmation particularly describing the persons device and need of to be monitored.
5.No person shall be held to answer for a crime or offense unless on a presentment or indictment of a grand jury unless in a time of war or public danger. No person shall be charged twice for the same crime nor shall be impaled to be a criminal witness against himself.

All users have a right to trial by jury for all offenses.

Any user accused or convicted of a crime cruel and unusual punishment shall not be inflicted, excessive fines imposed excessive bail not required

10.Powers not delegated to US by the bill of rights are reserved to the state or to the people.
