I read he was coming to the US for the surgery on reddit so take it with a grain of salt. The discussion was about the irony of coming to the US when you have the "free" NHS at home.

Catholic anon here. Let me tell you, those moms with 6+ kids are laaaaid back. They sort of have to be, or they'd go crazy from the nonstop chaos. So I can see how this could of happened. Non-stop activity, messy rooms, maybe one of the little ones tossed a shirt on the heater and no one noticed…It's sickening to think about losing so many little ones, I don't care who she worked for.
