One could argue that catching them shows good security. He isn’t being prosecuted for anything. Constitutionally it can’t happen in office. Only impeachment, and only if crimes. Law permits him to override any clearance decision. As it also does for any angency head (Hussein relaxes these rules after Trump inauguration)
