Whenever I look at a child I imagine the disgusting things that are happening to children all over the world and how helpless I am to help them.

I've come to a point where I need to stay off here and twitter and think happy thoughts just to stay out of the darkness. It's almost too much to handle.

anyone else going thru this?

Today is my birthday. I'd love to have a day where I am happy and not thinking about how F'd the world is.
