This is an outrage! Border Patrol hands are tied and have to stand there and watch this. It needs to stop NOW. Congress needs to pass emergency legislation or an immediate POTUS EO to allow BP and/or military to intervene and stop this invasion. Child abuse in NOT an exaggeration.
