Just finished watching The Maestro speak at the NRCC and I think I know where Q is now. When the President walked out to his tune, he walked to his left greeting people along the way in his usual manner: the fist raise and pumped, the point and wave, the both hands out flat going side to side to indicate a group, all of the above, several times. As the song began to close he walked back to his right to the other end of the stage repeating his greetings and his mouthed "thank you" and then, just before he was set to begin, as he walked up to the microphone he stopped, looked at someone - not the camera - and made a demonstrably notable air-Q, one time. So I think Q is wherever he went after the speech; which was a great speech.
